AREAS OF FOCUS

HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT

The greatest resource of any organization or state is its people. A digitized economy and a well equipped work force will reduce poverty in Africa. The ability to generate resources, solve societal problems and increase economic benefits in any organization is firmly rooted in HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT which can be done individually or collectively.

Poverty has many dimensions, limited employment opportunities contributes too. The reasons for unemployment is endless, applicants not having the right skills is also a factor.

Therefore, in line with the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs)- Eradicating extreme poverty and hunger, we launched an academy to help build Human capacity.

While we are constantly striving to meet Our Goal: To train 30,000 people in the field of IT by 2025, we are also dedicated in moulding people to become better innovators, work effectively or be self-employed

Our Academy focuses on 3 different levels
